We are looking for professional individuals who have a track record of providing excellent customer service. Our delivery helper assists our drivers in delivering furniture to customers’ homes throughout Central Florida. Furniture is unloaded at each customer location and may include full set-up with some assembly. As a part of our delivery team you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The delivery of the furniture order is the last step in the customer purchase experience and that last interaction may be the determining factor in whether they purchase from Kane’s in the future.
Our delivery helpers are responsible for preparing, loading and delivering of all merchandise safely and efficiently into the homes of Kane’s customers throughout Central Florida. They are also responsible for communicating with customers to ensure timely deliveries. Must have the ability to lift and move product up to 100 lbs.
Compensation is commission based on the dollar amount of furniture that is successfully delivered.
Delivery helpers are responsible for reading maps and assisting the driver in navigation of the delivery route. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Work schedule is Wednesday to Sunday; you’ll be home every evening.
